In June 2018, thousands of people were forced to flee their homes due to hostilities in several parts of the Country. In Central Equatoria, about 20,700 IDPs were reported in Yei town- this follows fighting in several locations in Yei County and nearly 3,100 people were displaced from Kupera to Lainya following harassment and looting by armed elements. In Western Equatoria, some 18,500 IDPs were registered in Tambura; they fled fighting in Nagero, Nagero County. In Wau, some 2,000 IDPs have arrived in Agok and Hai Masna near Wau town- they were forced to flee after fighting broke out in different locations of the Baggari area. Over 4,600 people have been displaced from Rumbek North to Yirol West due to inter-communal fighting. Hostilities also continues in central Unity, with fighting reported in Padeah in Leer County and Bieh in Koch County, displacing several civilians including about 300 people mainly women and children, who fled to Leer Temporary Protection Area. Measles outbreak was confirmed in Rumbek Centre. The reactive measles campaign targeting 44,049 (6 to 59 months) was conducted in the affected areas
