A church leader has appealed to South Sudanese political leaders and intellectuals to use their ideas and resources to ensure peace prevails instead of fueling conflict in the country.
The Archbishop and Primate of the ECS, Justin Badi Arama, made the call during the re-opening of the Transitional National Legislative Assembly this morning.
The church leader says there have been rumors of looming insecurity that has been causing fear and panic among the Juba residents.
He urges the government to act responsibly towards such reports and ensure peaceful means of resolving any disputes.
Bishop Badi further appeals to all political actors to stop using the youth in a way that could put their young lives at risk
