WFP food drops ease Hunger in Amadi

The hunger situation in Amadi has been relieved as the World Food Program conducts food drops across the state.

Food distribution started earlier in Greater Mvolo and Mundri counties with more deliveries this week.

The WFP launched an emergency distribution exercise after at least 100 people are reported to have died from hunger across the state since June this year. John Obote, the Amadi state minister for information says the situation is getting better.
